سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال — SCENT HOUSE

  • يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

  • يُسمح بفتح وتجربة العطر، بشرط أن تكون الزجاجة والعبوة الأصلية بحالة سليمة (بدون كسر، خدوش أو استهلاك مبالغ فيه).

  • في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو وصول المنتج تالف، يتم استبداله أو استرداد قيمته بالكامل.

خطوات الاسترجاع/الاستبدال:

  1. تواصل معنا على الميل.

  2. أرسل رقم الطلب وصور المنتج والعبوة.

  3. سنرد خلال 48 ساعة بتأكيد الإجراء.

التكاليف:

  • المنتج المعيب أو الخطأ: SCENT HOUSE تتحمل تكاليف الشحن.

  • تغيير الرأي: العميل يتحمل تكاليف الشحن.

الاسترداد:

  • بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 3–7 أيام عمل إلى العميل


Refund & Exchange Policy — SCENT HOUSE

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Perfumes may be opened and tested, as long as the bottle and original packaging remain in good condition (no cracks, scratches, or excessive use).

  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full.

How to request a return/exchange:

  1. Contact us at Mail.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

  3. We will reply within 48 hours with return instructions.

Shipping costs:

  • Defective or incorrect items: SCENT HOUSE covers shipping.

  • Change of mind: customer pays return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to the customer.
